Laura has 27 years of experience in the design of structures of all kinds, with her primary focus on single-family and multi-family residential projects and other wood-framed commercial structures. Laura has experience with the design of all traditional building materials, with the majority of her experience being with wood-framed structures of all kinds. Laura is the majority owner, office manager, and chief financial officer of the company, and oversees all employees. Laura will be a senior engineer responsible for review and quality assurance for this project, and will be involved in all major project decisions in an advisory role.

Brian has 29 years of experience in the design of structures for a wide range of project types, including steel-framed office buildings, industrial facilities, schools, utility buildings and concrete support structures, gymnasiums, medical offices, wood-framed clubhouse assembly buildings, fire stations, and a stadium press box structure. Brian has experience with the design of all traditional building materials, with the majority of his experience being with structural steel and reinforced concrete structures. Brian will be the senior engineer and principal-in-charge for this project, with time planned for design and field support for the project, and will be involved in all major project decisions.
